Until now, each time I picked up my camera and saw through the viwefinder, i still would ask myself this question: what will you do this time to make it different from all of the former works I've already created? And since the transition from my premiere Lion Heart Project to Dream Catcher Project, I haven't walked too far away from my former and current styles, though I can't define a single style for myself. But now I get something really interesting, and it's a unique cinematic experience that is brought up into my digital SLR photography. Note this is not a project that I will try to mimic the classical, traditional or standard cinematic view to capture my subjects or scenes or moments, i.e., not like a screen capture of a 16:9 blue-ray movie. I "BORROWED" the cinematic style and format into my wedding story-telling works, more like putting Brandy into a beer bucket. In a word, the scene and perspective will be maintained in MY OWN WAY, but the format and tones are in a style being closer to various kinds of old and modern cinematic works. I hope all of my audiences will love this brand new series, and I am looking forward to creating a series of new works in this format in the near future. Stay tuned ~~~
